Louann Lynd

Louann Lynd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at OPDEC since July 2012, Louann focuses on client support for the implementation and training of OPDEC's IPM software while gathering feedback for its development. Prior to this role, Louann was a Senior Business Analyst at Aerojet Rocketdyne from February 2007 to July 2012, where responsibilities included assessing business requirements and managing budgeting and financial analysis for various programs. Louann's career began at Investors Bank & Trust as a Wire Transfer Operator, ensuring the accuracy of fiscal transactions. Louann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sonoma State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
