OPEC Construction began as a family business with a simple goal – to deliver honest, high-quality projects with a personal touch.

What started as a small local operation has grown into a trusted nationwide contractor, recognised for delivering complex refurbishment, fit-out and, more recently, decarbonisation projects across multiple sectors.

Now in its second generation of family leadership, headed up by Louis Rogers, OPEC continues to evolve – combining decades of hands-on experience with forward-thinking innovation. Our culture has remained the same since day one: work hard, stay humble and deliver what we promise. It is this continuity of values that keeps our clients coming back, project after project.

With over 200 years of combined industry knowledge across our team, we have embraced modern methods, digital transformation and the latest compliance standards while staying true to our roots. The result is a company that blends family values with professional delivery – large enough to take on major projects, yet personal enough to care about every detail.

Today, OPEC operates nationwide across the commercial, government, healthcare, education and residential sectors – delivering each project with consistency, collaboration and care.
Our years of experience allow us to Specialise as a Commercial Office Fit Out Contractor. We have a skilled team who can handle Projects of every type and scale, whether we are acting as Principal Contractor or assisting with Logistical Planning and Relocation.
