Jay Howland is an accomplished professional in environmental engineering and management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager of both the Enviro Division and the Energy & Enviro Division at OPEC Systems since August 2011, Jay's career includes positions such as Engineering Manager and General Manager of the Energy Division. Additionally, since March 2022, Jay has been the General Manager at EPOC Enviro. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at H&M Engineering & Construction, various engineering and management positions at OPEC Technical Services, and Project Engineer at AJ Mayr Engineering. Jay began the professional journey as an Undergraduate Design Engineer at Waratah Engineering after earning a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle from 1999 to 2004.
