Wayne Schoer

Wayne Schoer is a highly motivated self-starter with diverse experience in Human Resource Management and Workplace Training and Assessment, gained over a 37-year career in the Australian Defence Force - Army. As a former Warrant Officer, they managed Explosive Ordnance Disposal teams across various high-threat environments, including Somalia and Iraq, and served as an EOD Instructor for the United Nations in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Since leaving the ADF, Wayne has worked as a casual EOD Technician for OPEC and currently serves as a UXO Technician Supervisor, overseeing remediation projects in Australia and abroad. Their extensive qualifications and strong communication skills have enabled them to excel in demanding situations while adhering to strict time constraints.
