Norbert Seiler

Norbert Seiler is a senior legal executive with extensive experience in international finance, serving as the Deputy General Counsel for EBRD from 1999 to 2014. They currently hold roles as a Judge on the Administrative Tribunal of the OPEC Fund and as a Member of OPEC's Appeals Committee. With expertise in Banking, Capital Markets, Corporate Law, and Corporate Governance, Norbert also chairs the Enforcement Appeals Committee at the Asian Development Bank and the Sanctions Panel at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Norbert earned a MCJ from New York University and a Doctor of Law from the University of Vienna.
