Cesar Gil

Cesar Gil has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Jefe de Turno at Opel since August 2019. Prior to this role, Cesar held the position of Resp. Operaciones e Ingenieria at Android Industries from January 2011 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing the transition from Faurecia to Android without impacting production or quality, launching new Opel models, and improving production and quality processes. Cesar was instrumental in enhancing ergonomics and efficiency within the production lines. From January 2006 to January 2011, Cesar served as Responsable UAP at Faurecia, focusing on quality improvement and the externalization of assembly lines while achieving productivity targets. Cesar's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Operations Management from CAAR, completed in 2018.
