Markus Bickel

Markus Bickel has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Markus began their career at Q-DAS GmbH as a Software Developer in 1992. Markus then moved on to EDS / GM Service Operations in 1995, where they continued working as a Software Developer until 2004. From 2000 to 2004, they served as a Team Lead Software Development at EDS / GM Service Parts Operations. In 2004, Markus joined EDS Clearing House as a Project Manager and Software Developer. Markus then transitioned to Opel in 2006, where their roles included Projektleiter End of Line Systems and Group Leader / Technical Specialist. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Technical Lead Engineer Development & Validation at Opel, after which they took on the responsibility of Responsable Syntese SFAD. In 2018, Markus became an EE - Plant Launch Management (CPRI - Industrial Project Leader) at Opel. Their most recent position is Senior Project Lead Advanced Technology, which they started in December 2019.

Markus Bickel holds a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) in the field of study of Elektrotechnik - Schwerpunkt Automatisierungstechnik from Fachhochschule Darmstadt. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Learning MATLAB from LinkedIn in 2019.
