Emily Rayment

Emily Rayment is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public affairs and regulatory policy within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Head of Public Affairs at Open Banking since January 2025, Emily previously held significant positions at the Financial Conduct Authority, including Manager for PCBS Implementation and Advisor to the Director of Authorisations, where leadership and strategic management were crucial. Experience also includes roles at HM Treasury as a Policy Advisor for the Solvency II Directive and at Visa as Director of Government Engagement for the Nordics and Baltics, where Emily developed and executed public policy strategies across multiple markets. Emily earned a degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Bristol.
