Stephen Simpson

Stephen Simpson has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as a Key Account Manager and previously as a Business Development Executive at Open Book Extracts since March 2020. In this role, Stephen contributes to the manufacturing of hemp-derived cannabinoid ingredients within a cGMP processing facility. Prior experience includes working as an Inside Sales representative at GenCanna, where Stephen played a key role in managing accounts and drove significant business growth, and as a Lead Bartender at Texas Roadhouse, where organizational and customer relationship skills were developed. Stephen began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Kroger and holds a degree from Union Commonwealth University, completed in 2015.
