Kayla E.

Kayla E. has held various roles across a number of companies since 2017. Kayla began as a Team Member at Light Projection, then worked as a Waitress at Sahara Restaurant, a Driver at Lyft, an Office Assistant at Maven Recruiting Group, a Ballet Instructor at Tutu School Franchises, a Bartender at Oakland Taproom, and an Office Assistant at Maven Recruiting Group again. Additionally, they have held Admin Support roles at both Open Collective and Open Collective Foundation since 2020.

Kayla E. began their educational journey at Richardson High School, where they studied Communications Magnet - Radio, Television, Film Production from 2005 to 2008. Kayla then attended Clark University in 2008 and 2009 to study Film Studies. From 2009 to 2010, they attended Austin Community College for General Studies. In 2014, they obtained their Green Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Training at Non-Traditional Employment for Women, which included Trades Mathematics, Carpentry Basics, Electrical Theory, and Green Construction Basics. In 2015, they obtained their 200 Hour Yoga Teaching Certificate from ShivaShakti Yoga School Agonda, Goa, India in Hatha Yoga. Kayla also holds a 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Certification from Yoga Alliance UK. Currently, Kayla E. is attending Laney College and taking ongoing learning courses in Philosophy and Dance Choreography.
