Rob Bryan is currently a Partner at Acuity Law and serves as a Non-Executive Director of several STEM organizations, including the Open Data Institute and Aberystwyth Innovation and Enterprise Campus Ltd. They have acted as Chair and SINED for the Compound Semiconductor Applications Catapult since 2016 and previously held positions at Needham & James and Darbys Solicitors LLP, where they were a Partner and head of the Employment Team, respectively. Rob's legal expertise was further cultivated during their time as a Legal Adviser at the Technology Strategy Board from 2009 to 2019. They earned an LLB in Law from Newcastle University, graduating in 1987.
