Warren Savage

Warren Savage joined the Open-E Board of Directors in 2014. Technology is Warren’s passion, and he has spent his entire career of over 35 years in Silicon Valley. During more than a decade at Tandem Computers, he led teams developing fault-tolerant tape and disk storage systems, which are heavily used in online transaction processing environments such as banking and transportation. He also has considerable experience in the field of semiconductors, having held both engineering and management positions at Fairchild Semiconductor and Synopsys. Today, Warren is the president and CEO of IPextreme, a company he founded in 2004 to bring innovative technical and business solutions to the field of semiconductor intellectual property (IP) licensing. Warren holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
