Carmel Fitzgerald

Carmel Fitzgerald has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Network Management Centre (Front Office) at eir Ireland since July 2018, while also holding the position of Client Services Manager at open eir since June 2016. Prior roles include Head of Advocacy at eir Ireland, where responsibilities encompassed customer relations and service management, and Executive Assistant to the Group CEO at Eircom. Fitzgerald's career began in 1988 with British Telecom UK, where early roles included Mobile Communications Helpdesk Manager and Service Account Manager, leading to positions at Concert Communications and BT Ireland. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Computer Studies from Ealing College.
