Joe Buckley has an extensive background in various managerial roles within the telecommunications industry, with experience in service performance, engagement, regulatory operations, MIS, business intelligence, and operations management. Joe also has a background in research and development engineering for a start-up company and experience as a student engineer at United Technologies Mostek. Joe holds a Master of Industrial Engineering from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of Limerick.
