Michael Dineen is an experienced Programme Manager at open eir since September 2015, specializing in the development and governance of access network investment programmes, overseeing all stages from business case development to programme delivery. In addition, Michael serves as an Associate Lecturer at The Open University, instructing on various modules in information technology and computing. A strong background in operational management is evident from previous roles at eir Ireland, where Michael worked as an Analyst and Operations Manager, focusing on incident management and HR transition management. Michael's technical foundation was built as a Transmission and Switching Engineer at open eir from 1980 to 1999. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration from The Open University and various qualifications from leading institutions.
