Patrick Moran is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer service. Currently serving as a Works Management Controller at open eir since July 2021, Patrick previously held the position of Customer Service Manager at eir Ireland from October 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leading and motivating a team of 20-25 agents and overseeing operations involving over 200 agents. Key tasks included call quality scoring, coaching, managing absences, conducting disciplinary hearings, and reporting on daily KPIs. Prior to eir, Patrick worked as a Business Development and Marketing Manager at Sasa Technical Services from September 2014 to October 2018. Patrick holds an educational background from Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus.
