Taylor Downs

Taylor Downs is currently the CEO and Founder of Open Function, where they also hold the position of Head of Products. Additionally, they serve as the Senior Atlantic Fellow for Social and Economic Equity at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and as an Advisor & core contributor at GovStack. Previously, Taylor was a Board Member and Co-Founder at Vera Solutions, an Information Technology Strategy Consultant at World Food Programme, and a Program Design Coordinator at Grassroot Soccer. They hold a BA in Religious Studies from Amherst College and an MSc in Inequalities and Social Science from LSE.
