Michele Munn

Michele Munn has extensive experience in the insurance industry, holding various senior positions in different companies. Currently, Michele serves as the Chief Customer Officer and Director of Customer Service at Open GI, where Michele oversees delivery and support teams and works closely with broker, insurer, and MGA customers. Prior to this, Michele worked as an Independent Consultant at Paragon Insurance and M Munn Consultancy, focusing on business development and project delivery in the broker market. Additionally, Michele also worked as a Consultant at Salient Solutions Limited and as the Head of Insurer Relations at Open GI Ltd, where Michele managed insurer and provider relationships and successfully met sales targets.
