Paul Stead is an experienced professional in service delivery and management, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Open GI since September 2015. Previous roles include Professional Services Manager at Centralis for a brief period in 2015, and positions at Convergence Group where Paul held dual roles as Service Delivery Manager and Customer Relationship Manager from October 2013 to July 2015. Paul also worked as Senior Technical Manager at OGL Computer Services Group Limited from April 2012 to October 2013 and was the Director of a company from February 2005 to September 2012. Additionally, Paul gained significant experience at Orange/SCC from 1993 to 2005, holding titles such as Service Delivery Manager and Bristol Branch Manager. Paul is an alumnus of Harry Cheshire High School.
