Open HR is building the fair professional verification infrastructure that the French job market lacks. Our platform is based on two complementary innovations:

ProScore aggregates performance reviews documented by line managers—objective indicators (achievement of objectives, quality of work) that transcend cultural differences.

RefScore synthesizes behavioral observations collected from multiple sources (colleagues, clients, partners) by applying a bias correction methodology based on thirty years of research in cross-cultural psychology.

The result: a portable professional passport that accompanies the worker throughout their career. A living document, verified by third parties, that the candidate controls and shares at their discretion.

Unlike existing solutions that import American models, Open HR is natively designed for the French context. Our system aligns with the ROME framework of France Travail, guaranteeing interoperability with the existing ecosystem.
