Alex Jackson

Alex Jackson has a diverse work experience in the media and production industry. Alex is the Founder of Open Late, a position they started in 2023. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Executive Producer at Slightly Pretty, starting in 2021.

Alex also worked at Tastemade, where they held multiple roles including Supervising Producer, Development from 2021 to 2021, and Head of Production & Development EMEA from 2019 to 2021. Alex also served as the Head of Production & Development UK from 2016 to 2019, and as a Producer from 2017 to 2018.

Before Tastemade, Alex founded RoundBoy Pictures and served as the Executive Producer from 2014 to 2016. Alex also worked at Fresh one productions as a Freelance Videographer from 2011 to 2015 and as a Freelance Cameraman in 2015. Alex had a brief stint at Vitality UK as a Freelance Videographer in 2015.

Alex's early career includes freelance roles such as Freelance Camera/Editor at Shine TV in 2014, Freelance Photographer at The Jamie Oliver Group in 2014, and Freelance Videographer at Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group from 2011 to 2013.

From 2011 to 2014, Alex Jackson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Ravensbourne University London.
