Open Link was founded in 1998 and is a software company specialized in the implementation of Customer RelationshIp Management (CRM) and Enterprise Asset  Management Solution (EAM). It is the regional partner for MicroMain Corp (www.micromain.com)  covering the whole Middle East, North Africa and South East Asia, and a partner for FrontRange Solutions (www.frontrange.com) . 
Open Link is totally focused not only on deploying  and fully customizing  its products but is also involved in the total EAM/CRM  philosophies built up within its clients organization through the assistance in the “People” and “Process “development. To date, Open Link has implemented in excess of 200 projects in 10 countries.
