Brian Winstead

Brian Winstead is a seasoned professional in client support engineering, currently serving as a Senior Client Support Engineer at Open LMS since April 2020. Prior to this, Brian held similar roles at Blackboard from May 2009 to March 2020, where responsibilities included supporting learning management systems and leading the formation of a new Tier 2 team for Blackboard Open LMS. Brian’s earlier experience includes a Software Analyst position at Blackboard and an Application Support Analyst role at ANGEL Learning, providing specialized technical support for educational institutions. Brian's career began at DePauw University as a CTEP Associate, promoting technology literacy and coordinating various technology-related initiatives. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from DePauw University, earned in 2006.
