Mark Mickan

Mark Mickan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in DevOps and system administration, currently serving as a Staff DevOps Engineer at Open LMS since April 2020. Previously, Mark held various positions at Blackboard from February 2012 to April 2020, including Staff DevOps Engineer, Senior DevOps Engineer, Senior System Administrator, Director of Operations, and Manager of Operations.
