Grant Blest

Grant Blest is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the disability and behavioral support sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Manager at Open Minds since November 2022, Grant has a robust background with the Endeavour Foundation, where roles included Program Designer and Customer Safeguarding Lead over a ten-year tenure. Prior experience spans various positions at Synapse, including Training Manager and Coordinator of the Behaviour Consultancy Service. Grant holds multiple qualifications, including a Certificate IV in Government Investigations, a Diploma in Disability Studies, and certifications in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Nonaversive Behavior Support. As of October 2022, Grant is pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Counseling Psychology from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.
