John C. is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Geology at Central Washington University. They have extensive experience in geothermal energy development, having served as Geothermal Resource Manager and then C.T.O of Geothermal Resources at Open Mountain Energy from 2017 to 2023. Prior to their role at Open Mountain Energy, John worked as a Senior Geologist at AMG National Trust Bank from 2014 to 2017. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Whitman College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
