John Rowley has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. John is the Co-Founder and CEO of ONE (Open Network Exchange) since November 2020. Previously, from June 2018 to January 2020, they were a Co-Founder and Shareholder at (ICE/arrivia group). John also served as the Co-Founder and CEO of ICE Enterprise Group (ICE, Inc.) from January 1998 to January 2020, and as the CEO and Chairman from January 1998 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Chairman of MiniSoft, Inc. from July 1993 to July 1997. John's earlier roles include being the CEO of Spatial Technology AB from September 1987 to May 1993, the President and CEO of Digital Research, Inc. from September 1980 to August 1986, and the Director of 16-bit single Board Computers at Intel Corporation from September 1978 to September 1980.

John Rowley has a education history that includes completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics from Western Washington University in the period from 1965 to 1969. Additionally, they pursued Graduate Studies in Computer Sciences at Washington State University from 1970 to 1971.
