Our lessons are built around documentary videos, showcasing real teenagers sharing their own experiences of overcoming struggle. These videos build empathy and reduce prejudice in the classroom by creating a culture of ethical and intercultural understanding. 

Our lessons also feature clinically validated, research-based psychological skills-building exercises to boost resilience, self-awareness, and social responsibility in youth, and increase their connection and systems of support.
