John Kaing is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and engineering. Currently serving as a Junior Integration Engineer at Open Practice Solutions since October 2019, John has honed skills in integration and technical support. Prior to this role, John worked as a Customer Service Representative at UWL and Toll Global Forwarding, where responsibilities included data management, shipment tracking, customer communication, and report generation. John's customer service experience also extends back to De Well Group and a brief tenure at T-Mobile. John served as a Corporal in the US Marine Corps from 2005 to 2011, leading teams and managing complex operations.
