卫荣 陈 has 15 years of experience in the IC design industry and 2 years in a SaaS internet startup. They began their career as an IC design engineer at the National High Performance IC Design Center in Shanghai and progressed through various roles, including Sr. IC Design Engineer at Atheros Communications and VP of Sales & Marketing at 北京风云天下科技. Currently, they serve as the General Manager of China at Open-Silicon, overseeing ASIC and SoC IP business operations. Additionally, they have a keen interest in open-source hardware and SaaS business models.
