David Lambert has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. David currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Open Sky Community Services, where they are responsible for developing business strategies and building relationships with funders and partner organizations. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Business Development and Health Integration at the same organization, where they played a key role in supporting its sustainability and growth.

Before joining Open Sky Community Services, David worked at Beacon Health Options, where they served as the Provider Oversight Liaison. In this role, they managed relationships with provider partners and played a crucial role in the startup of an Integrated Care Coordination program.

David also has experience working at UMass Medical School as an HR Effectiveness Specialist, where they focused on project and change management. David implemented an onboarding portal and led a lean project to reorganize the recruitment process, resulting in improved efficiency.

Additionally, David has held positions at NFI Massachusetts Inc. as a Project Director, overseeing juvenile justice residential programs, and at Eliot Community Human Services, where they led the startup of a secure detention facility and served as a Program Director. David also has experience in the Army National Guard, where they served as a Sergeant, leading and training an infantry rifle squad.

David Lambert completed their Bachelor's Degree in History at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 1993. David later pursued their Master of Public Administration (MPA) at Clark University, graduating in 2014.
