Erica Robert has extensive work experience in the mental health and community services sector. Erica worked at Open Sky Community Services as the Senior Vice President of Community Services from July 2019 to present, and previously as the Vice President of Mental Health Services from July 2018 to July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at The Bridge of Central Massachusetts in various roles including Vice President of Community Services, Director of Adult Mental Health Services, Assistant Director of Service Operations, Division Director, Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager, and Supported Housing Counselor from 1997 to 2018. Additionally, they had internship experience at Family Health Center of Worcester as an Administrative Social Work Intern in 2008, and at Harrington Memorial Hospital as a Medical Social Work Intern in 2007.

Erica Robert graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work in 2009 with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, specializing in Administration. Prior to that, they attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology. Additionally, in April 2017, Erica obtained certification as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
