Levi Ekstrom

Levi Ekstrom is the Director of DEIB at Open Sky Community Services, where they champion an inclusive and community-centered workplace culture. Previously, they served as the DEIB Manager at the same organization, facilitating numerous events and training aimed at fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Levi's advocacy for social justice began during their college years, particularly noted for their LGBTQ+ initiatives. They are also a Youth 250 Bureau Member, shaping national conversations around youth representation. Levi holds a degree from Westfield State University, where they actively engaged in leadership roles and community-building efforts.
