We work alongside leaders to activate innovators and innovation across teams, organizations, and ecosystems. Our focus is on designing and managing innovation challenges that go beyond idea collection—they are purposeful, structured, and built to deliver measurable outcomes.

Innovation challenges are not theater. They are not one-off campaigns that end in applause and a few sticky notes. When thoughtfully designed and strategically managed, they become a powerful tool to uncover unmet needs, engage the right talent, and transform ideas into implementable solutions.

Our approach equips leaders with the skills, frameworks, and confidence to drive innovation from insight to implementation to sustained impact.

We help organizations unlock hidden talent, align teams around critical priorities, and build innovation capacity that lasts.

Whether you're launching your first innovation challenge or scaling a company-wide innovation program, Open Solve Studio provides the structure, support, and strategic guidance to make innovation part of how work gets done.

Through tailored consulting, cohort-based learning, and hands-on facilitation, we help organizations move beyond buzzwords—developing innovation culture, systems, and outcomes that stick.
