Most real estate programs were built for people with unlimited time and a high risk tolerance.
Open Spaces Academy was built for everyone else.
We are a premier real estate investing mentorship for high-achieving professionals who are done waiting for the right moment and ready to build real, lasting wealth — strategically, sustainably, and without sacrificing everything else they've worked for.
Our founder Palak Shah built a 100+ door rental portfolio while running a business and raising a family. Not by grinding harder. By building a system that works without her.
That system is the SCALE Framework — and it is the foundation of everything we teach.
S — Scalable Acquisitions
C — Construction That Scales
A — Adding Cash Flow
L — Leverage and Lending
E — Exponential Growth
Our flagship Portfolio Mastery Mentorship is a 12-month high-touch experience unlike anything else in this space. You get weekly group coaching, 1:1 consulting on your specific deals and investment journey, LLC structuring and entity setup guidance, access to creative funding strategies, a 100+ SOP vault, a Deal Analysis Dashboard, a vetted vendor network, and a community of serious investors operating at the same level you're aiming for.
We go beyond doors. Our members walk away with asset protection strategies, trust formation, tax minimization, and a generational wealth plan built around their actual life.
For investors already managing $1MM+ in assets, our ICONS Million Dollar Club Mastermind helps build additional income streams — quarterly intensives, peer-level strategy, and legacy architecture at the highest tier.
This is not a course. This is not a community. This is a complete wealth-building infrastructure — with a team behind you every step of the way.
As featured in BiggerPockets and Business Insider. Authors of Accelerate Your Real Estate (BiggerPockets Publishing).
The right time to build wealth was yesterday. The second best time is now — and we will show you exactly how.
