Jon Schiefelbein

Jon Schiefelbein is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various technology roles since 2007. Currently serving as a software engineer at Open Systems Technologies Corporation and Bespoke Technologies, Inc. since October 2021 and October 2020, respectively, Jon has previously held positions as a DevOps engineer at percipient.ai and software engineer at TTG Solutions, Inc. Jon's earlier experience includes a role as a staff scientist at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Python, Hadoop, Spark, and Elasticsearch were utilized, and as a senior software engineer at STRATUS Solutions, Inc., supporting projects with Python, Flask, and Neo4j. Jon’s foundational experience includes positions in the United States Air Force, where significant contributions to weather data applications and processes were made. Jon holds a Master of Science in Meteorology from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of General Studies in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
