Bernhard Ortner

Bernhard Ortner serves as Geschäftsführer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Global Finance & Accounting at Open Systems since June 2021. Prior to this role, Bernhard held the position of Head of Finance at Rath Group from November 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management of statutory audits. Experience at Automic Software from October 2012 to October 2019 involved senior management in group accounting and treasury, including the implementation of cash management tools and the preparation of financial statements. Bernhard's career began with internships and auditing roles at KPMG Austria, and earlier experiences included sales representative and community service. Academically, Bernhard is a certified group accountant and IFRS accountant, holding a Mag. (FH) degree in Business Administration & Information Management from Fachhochschule Salzburg and has participated in international study programs.
