Helena Grimm

Helena Grimm is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Currently holding the position of Senior Talent Partner at Open Systems since September 2018, Helena has previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager and as a Recruiter in IT at Goetzfried AG. Helena's career began at ING Bank Śląski as an HR Specialist, where significant achievements included coordinating development programs and preparing recruitment reports. Prior roles include Management Trainee/Employer Branding Specialist at Jerónimo Martins and HR Intern at Unilever, alongside diverse internships in human rights, EU funding applications, and social policy. Helena holds multiple master's degrees from the University of Warsaw, as well as educational experience at Istanbul University.
