Brad Kuether

Brad Kuether is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in end-user support and service delivery management. Currently serving as the Desktop Support Supervisor at Open Technology Solutions, LLC since March 2021, Brad oversees end-user support operations and manages a team of seven desktop technicians. Previously, at PepsiCo, Brad held various roles, including Service Delivery Manager for video conferencing services and Service Delivery Lead for end-user services, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end delivery of technologies and project support initiatives. Brad began a career at Pepsi Bottling Group, providing project management services and overseeing computer services in regional data centers. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Penn State World Campus.
