Brian Plaster

Brian Plaster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and technology. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator and Information Communication Technology Technician at Open Window School since February 2021, Brian has enhanced service efficiency by collaborating with ICT colleagues and providing targeted tech support in a hybrid learning environment. Previously, Brian held various roles at Kaplan International Languages from October 2010 to August 2020, including Academic Manager and English Second Language Instructor, demonstrating a strong ability to manage staffing, class schedules, and instructional content. Brian's earlier teaching roles in the TRIO Upward Bound Program and other educational institutions further highlight a commitment to student success and innovative teaching practices. Brian holds a Master in Teaching from Western Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Washington, along with an Associate of Arts from Seattle Central College.
