Kerrin Scott

Assistant Head Of School & Director Of Lower School at Open Window School

Kerrin Scott has extensive work experience in the field of education. They started their career in 2000 as a Teacher at Pt. Dume Marine Science Elementary and worked there until 2005. In 2005, they joined Open Window School as a Teacher and held this role until 2014. Kerrin then became the Middle School Dean of Students at Open Window School from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Kerrin served as the Head of Lower School at Open Window School. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Head of School & Director of Lower School at Open Window School.

Kerrin Scott has a diverse educational background, with a focus on the field of education. In 1996, they enrolled at Pepperdine University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Elementary Education in 2000. Kerrin later pursued further education at Grand Canyon University, where they earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Additionally, Kerrin expanded their expertise by attending the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where they completed a Certificate in School Management and Leadership in 2021.
