OpenA2A is the open source security and trust infrastructure for AI agents.

Not humans repurposed as agents. Not services with API keys called agents. Real AI agents that take actions, consume context, and need an identity layer, an observability layer, and a policy layer that traditional IAM does not provide.

We answer three questions every organization deploying AI agents must address. Who is this agent. What is it allowed to do. What did it actually do.

Our work is in production. Seven security pull requests merged into OpenClaw, the 205,000 star project used by millions. Over 2,500 lines of agent security code shipped to upstream maintainers. Vulnerability research filed with NVIDIA PSIRT, with findings incorporated into upstream remediation.

The ecosystem we maintain includes AIM for cryptographic agent identity and audit, HackMyAgent for static and adversarial security testing, Secretless AI for credential containment, AI Browser Guard for browser based agent control, ARP for runtime enforcement, OASB for benchmark compliance, and DVAA for security training.
