Aleksander Madry holds the position of Head of Preparedness at OpenAI since May 2023 and is currently a Professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology since February 2015. Prior to these roles, Aleksander served as a Consultant at Google in September 2017 and as an Assistant Professor at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne from July 2012 to January 2015. Aleksander also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Microsoft New England Research and Development Center from July 2011 to June 2012.
