Ali Layng currently serves as the Head of Marketing and Creative Operations as well as Head of Web Production at OpenAI since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ali was a member of Chief starting in January 2023 and held multiple key positions at Google from January 2017 to October 2024, including Head of Global Creative Operations, Co-Founder of the Google Creative Fellowship Program, and Executive Producer at Brand Studio. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Nurun, where Ali progressed from Producer to Account Director after its acquisition of Odopod, and served as Creative Operations Manager at Goodby Silverstein & Partners. Ali Layng holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sociology from the University of Denver.
