Alison McPhail

Alison McPhail is a seasoned professional in customer success and digital strategy with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving in GTM Leadership at OpenAI and as a mentor at First Round Fast Track, Alison previously held the position of Head of Scale and Digital Customer Success at Retool, where key programs were established to enhance customer engagement. At Slack, Alison was the Global Head of Digital Success, significantly contributing to the company's Customer Success strategy and supporting substantial annual recurring revenue. Alison's career also includes roles at ServiceFrame, where solutions and implementations were managed, and early experience as a Database Analyst and Intern. Alison holds a Master's Degree in Digital Innovation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Commerce degree in Economics from the University of Galway.
