Andrew First is an AI technology leader and seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in fintech, healthcare technology, and scalable SaaS solutions. As the Co-founder and CTO of Plannery from 2021 to 2025, they led product, design, and engineering efforts, successfully launching innovative financial products that improved outcomes for healthcare professionals. Currently, they serve as a Member of Technical Staff in Research at OpenAI, focusing on B2B verticals. Andrew holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University, and has had previous experience with Microsoft and Google.
