Blake Samic

Blake Samic currently serves as the Head of Product Operations at OpenAI, where responsibilities include establishing the Product Operations function for scalable product development in the Applied AI organization. Previously, Blake spent over four years at Stripe as the Global Head of Product Operations, founding the Product Operations team that supported more than 200 product launches annually. At Uber, Blake held two key positions, first as the Global Head of Product Operations, building a 70+ person team to connect product and operations, and later as Global Program Manager for Driver Devices, leading several initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Product Management at Shoutlet, a SaaS platform, and as a Business Applications Architect at GE, where contributions aided in improving supply chain systems. Education includes a B.S. in Engineering Management from Miami University.
