Bobby Morgan

Bobby Morgan has extensive experience in recruiting, specializing in design and user experience across various leading technology companies. Currently, Bobby serves as a member of the People Staff in Product Design & Creative Studio Recruiting at OpenAI, contributing to the mission of ensuring that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. Prior to this role, Bobby was a Recruiting Leader for Design & UX Research at Cruise, facilitating the recruitment of talent for advanced self-driving vehicles. Bobby also held positions as Pillar Lead for Product Design Recruiting at both Instagram and Facebook, where efforts focused on capturing moments and building community, respectively. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Recruiting at Artefact, emphasizing design and innovation. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington.
