Chris Lehane

Chris Lehane currently serves as the Chief Global Affairs Officer at OpenAI, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Chris was an Operating Partner at Haun Ventures from March 2022 to July 2024, and served as the Senior Vice President of Policy & Communications at Airbnb from September 2015 to November 2022. Chris co-founded Fabiani & Lehane, where work occurred from January 2001 to January 2015. In addition to these roles, Chris authored a book on crisis management published by Palgrave Macmillan in December 2012. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School (1991-1994) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Amherst College (1986-1990).
