Cristina Scheau has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI, Cristina previously held multiple senior positions at Cruise, including Senior Director and Head of Autonomy, as well as Senior Director of Engineering and Head of Perception. At Facebook, Cristina progressed through various roles, ultimately achieving the position of Director of Engineering after serving as Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager focused on Machine Learning. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Facebook and an internship as a Software Engineer at Summify.
